Low and High Angle
The scene at the right demonstrates situations in which low and high angle shots can have value. The bad guy has the gun (and the advantage) so he is seen from a low angle. The good guy is in trouble and temporarily powerless—so we see him from a high angle.
Put another way, the bad guy is filmed from below eye level looking up. For the good guy, the camera is slightly above eye level and looking down.
